In a world filled with constant noise and chaos, where we never stop, The Smiling Mind invites you to take a moment and begin a journey towards tranquility, calm and inner peace. The Smiling Mind was created with the purpose of promoting positive mental health and wellbeing, through nature connection and breathing.

We invite you to join one of our sessions; Forest Bathing+, Breathwork Classes or Forest Breathing. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the gentle embrace of nature through forest bathing+. Allow yourself the time and space to switch off and connect with nature through your senses.  Our forest breathing sessions will provide you with a double whammy of the benefits of breathwork and of nature, infusing you with a sense of deep calm.

Beyond the trees, our breathwork classes become your steadfast companions in taming overwhelm and anxiety. Unveil the hidden potential of your breath and learn how it’s your constant companion in managing the stress and overwhelm of everyday life.
