    Beginners Meditation Course


    On this course you wil learn about the foundations of Meditation.

    Each week will cover several different types of meditation and you will learn different techniques to help you relax, improve your sleep, help with a busy mind, calm anxiety and overthinking.

    The class will also give you the opportunity to take part in doing longer meditations so you can simply relax and unwind.

    The venue at St Mary's Parish Hall, is the perfect venue for meditation, since it is very peaceful without distractions. Free parking is available outside of the hall.
